Frontline Team: Get Connected
MISSION: As a community with other like-minded churches, we want to help people connect with God and others and provide opportunities to serve others with the love of Jesus through PRAYER, CARE and SHARE.
Owe nothing to anyone -- except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor you will fulfill the requirement of God's law. - Romans 13:8
Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. - Matthew 28:19

MORE INFORMATION
Food Boxes Our vision for giving out food boxes is to be an ongoing, relationship outreach to those in need. Ultimately, we see this ministry connected to Love INC of the Boise Community. Our boxes are designed to feed a family of four for several days.
If you’d like to help with this project you can:
- Designate a check to “Food Boxes” and send to the church. An entire box costs approximately $50, buy any amount will help.
- Pick up an empty box from the church and an item list and purchase the items for a box and assemble it yourself and bring by the church. If you want a tax deduction for the box, you need to get a receipt from the office. You must keep your store receipts and the item list for the box.
- Bring empty “copy paper” sized boxes to the church.
- Volunteer to coordinate, shop or pack. (we’ll have links for each job and add corresponding ministry descriptions that can be downloaded.
If you need a box, please contact Jessica Wingett, 830-4235.
Book Buddies
During the school year we'll have Book Buddies at Jefferson
Elementary. Faith in motion flowing into this neighborhood
school to encourage reading skills. Every Thursday
from 3: - 4 PM. You’ll read a fun story while the
kids have a school supplied snack, they’ll read to
you and then discuss questions that will be provided
by the Reading Specialist (comprehension is key!)
Education games that reinforce grammar, etc., will be
provided to play for the last 10-15 minutes. Contact
the church office with questions and to volunteer, 345-6776.
Genesis Garden City Clinic
This clinic is a free medical clinic that meets the
needs of some of the uninsured individuals in the Treasure
Valley. They hold medical clinics on Tuesday and Thursday
evenings from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. as well as some clinics
during the day. We have an opportunity to volunteer
at the clinics to offer prayer for the patients. It
is such a blessing and opportunity to be able to pray
with people for their medical needs as well any other
needs they would like prayer for. It also provides
us opportunities to share about Jesus and what His word
says. If you would like more information or to find
out how you can become involved please contact Steve
Reames at 384-5218 X213 or email prayer@genesisworldmission.org
Somali Bantu Pantry Feeding
This is a food distribution and outreach to the Somali Bantu refugee population in Boise. Being involved is a wonderful way for families to share the love and kindness of Jesus in a cross-cultural way. Feeding is at St. Stephens Episcopal Church at 2206 N Cole Rd., Boise. Volunteers help with set-up and food distributions. Contact Doug Clark with questions or to volunteer, 468-2300
