Our Mission: Leading People Into a Growing Relationship with Jesus Christ
Who We Are

The Lord has called our church to be a worshipping community of praying believers. In response to this, we have determined to enjoy Jesus and do everything we can to make certain that He enjoys us! Our desire is to build up people in their spiritual lives so they have something to give away. We want to spread His Good News to everyone who will receive it. This includes a willingness to serve others and grow in relationships.

  • We value the pursuit of God. We are hungry to know God's presence, hear His voice and follow Him as Spirit-filled Christians.
  • We value Christ-likeness. We desire that Jesus' love, mercy, grace, truth, purity, power and integrity shine through all we do.
  • We value discipleship. We aim to grow personally in the knowledge of Christ and to make disciples by calling others in to those same practices.
  • We value relationships. We work together to build the church through mutual respect, open communication, determined cooperation and believing and speaking the best about each other
  • We value shared leadership. We believe Christ has put leadership authority in the hands of the pastors. They seek to lead with humility, demonstrating a spirit of service rather than power.
  • We value unity. We maintain oneness in the Body of Christ by honoring all who call on Jesus' name and by seeking reconciliation where it is needed.

What We Believe . . .

  • We believe the Old and New Testaments to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God.
  • We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
  • We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return to this earth in power and glory to rule until there is a new heaven and earth.
  • We believe that God's Plan of Redemption centers in the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ for a fallen human race and that without the saving benefits and the grace of God in Christ's work of atonement, we are forever lost.
  • We believe in the shed blood of Christ, and that the only means of being cleansed and forgiven of sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Chist.
  • We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
  • We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross and through His resurrection and His glorification with the Father provides deliverance from the bondage of Satan and healing for the total person - spirit, soul and body.
  • We believe that all the power of the Holy Spirit is given through a baptism with the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, and is given to all who ask for it that Christ might be glorified through the believer's life and witness.
  • We believe in the perfecting work of the Holy Spirit in all who pursue the calling of God and are consecrated through His Word.
  • We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and lost; the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.
  • We believe in the Church, the Body of Christ, as a distinctive people called, redeemed, sanctified and chosen to be a people to the praise of God's Glory, set apart to bear witness to the Lordship and saving Grace of Jesus Christ, and ministering to one another through faith and love in the upbuilding of the Body through principles of God's revealed Word.
  • We believe in the disciplined Christian life, seeking always the pleasure of the Heavenly Father, the winning of the lost, the edification of the Body, and consecrated to following Jesus Christ where He leads.
