BVCC Elders...

Daniel Wilmot
Pastor/Elder

Daniel has been an Elder and Pastor at BVCC since 2004. He has known Jesus since he was ten years old; however, he was born again April 5, 1993. He was invited to BVCC in May of 1993. BVCC originally served as a place of healing for Daniel after suffering a divorce that left him wounded and broken. God healed Daniel in this place and set him on the destiny He had for him.

Betty, that "someone" who invited Daniel to BVCC, became his bride in March of 1994. They both became active in body life and his original place of ministry was operating the sound board for the Worship Team. In 1995, he and Betty stepped into another place of ministry as the Care Ministry Coordinators. In July of 2004 Daniel accepted the invitation to join the leadership team as an Elder. He and Betty are humbled and honored to serve Jesus and this congregation!

Daniel graduated from Boise State University with a degree in English Literature. He is currently employed at KIVI (6 On Your Side) in Television Ad Sales. He and Betty have 5 children between them, 13 grandchildren and one great grandson. In Daniel's spare time he enjoys fly fishing, reading and watching old movies and musicals.
