John Ostolasa

John has attended BVCC since 1995. He became a committed disciple (member) in 2005. He says he was a pew potato for 10 years before the Father woke him up. John received the Holy Spirit on March 16, 2004 in a Bible study group. John is involved in several different ministries including Men's Ministry Team, he and his wife Cheré teach Sunday school class for 3rd and 4th grade students, and Care Ministry.

John enjoys camping and riding ATV's with Cheré. He and Cheré have been married since 1991. They have two children, Codye and Aurora. He is an electrician by trade. He and Cheré continue to pursue the Lord in their lives and His work is visible in the change they have experienced.
